Sacred sound sends healing vibrations to your mind and body by activating your parasympathetic nervous system where we can rest and let go so you receive the healing that you need by activating your body’s natural healing mechanisms. Bring a blanket and pillow to create your most comfortable space laying down and allowing cosmic vibrations to wash away stress/overwhelm and anything that no longer serves YOU.

Kat uses a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments, including planetary tuned gongs, drums, crystal and Tibetan bowls as well as tuning forks, chimes, handpan, rattles, rainstick, and voice creating a sound healing experience that will activate your body on a cellular level leaving you feeling rejuvenated and peaceful. Kat also uses therapeutic touch in her sound journey with guidance and intuition from each persons body.

Each sound journey can be different depending on the individual and what intentions they set.
